The course is presented by Spencer Erling and consists of 15 x 2.5 Hour Contact Sessions – held over a 12 week period.
The first part of the course covers reading and understanding contract documents with an emphasis on the pricing point of view. This naturally leads to setting up and pricing P&G’s. At all times good management practice/principles /techniques are emphasised.
The second part of the course covers items such as material costing, labour costing, (what does an hour
really cost a company, how to handle overhead costs, what is the impact of overtime and the like) how to
put a bid together including how to handle qualifications and what the difference is between qualifications
