Project Overview

B&T Steel delivered a multi-building facility for Signal Hill Brewery, designed to accommodate the different mini plants involved in the beer production process. The project comprised several warehouse structures with lattice trusses and girders, providing both strength and flexibility for the brewery’s operational layout.

Project Details
The project’s tight timeline left little room for extended workshop work. Despite this, B&T Steel’s team achieved efficient on-site erection, installing up to 15 tonnes of steel per day across multiple sections to keep the project on track.
Concurrent fit-out activities introduced interface clashes (access, sequencing, and safety) while erection and finishing works were still in progress.
Benefits of Steel in this Application

Structural steel provided the flexibility and speed needed to construct multiple warehouse buildings under one roof — enabling quick assembly, open internal spans, and a durable framework ideal for housing the brewery’s production processes.
