Our services cover every stage of a project, from early planning and engineering through detailed design, construction support, condition assessments and upgrades.
Our upfront engineering services include structural scheme development and layout, front-end engineering design (FEED), space planning, survey-data processing, and advanced 3D modelling with BIM integration. This early-stage work helps establish practical, coordinated and cost-effective solutions before detailed design begins.
We provide detailed structural design and documentation for reinforced concrete and structural steelwork. Our concrete services include detailed engineering, reinforcement scheduling and construction quantity calculations. For steelwork, we produce fully detailed designs, Tekla Structures fabrication packages and construction quantities.
Our specialist engineering capabilities include the dynamic analysis and design of structures supporting moving equipment, as well as specialist stress and fatigue assessments. We also design bulk infrastructure, including stormwater management systems, truck swept-path layouts, bulk earthworks, sewer and stormwater services, roadworks, intersections and signage.
For the materials-handling sector, we design and detail conveyors, silos, bins, hoppers, crushing and screening structures, ROM tip structures and water-retaining structures. Our silo expertise includes monocell, multicell, inverted-cone and post-tensioned configurations.
During construction, we provide on-site monitoring and reporting, supported by extensive experience in the design and delivery of turnkey projects. Our condition-assessment services include structural audits, repair specifications, specialist forensic reviews and point-cloud scanning to create accurate 3D models of existing structures.
We also assess and upgrade existing facilities, including roof structures requiring modification to support photovoltaic panels. Our team conducts specialist audits and develops upgrades for bulk materials-handling equipment and supporting structures, including stackers, spreaders and ship-loaders.
