Registration Process  
  1. Pay on receipt of invoice – banking details will be on the invoice
  2. Electronic payment preferred (Contact Elrika Boshoff for alternative arrangements)
  3. Please use the invoice number as payment reference
  4. Forward proof of payment to elrika@saisc.co.za

Written cancellations received by Elrika Boshoff 30 days before event qualify for 100% refund and at least 7 days before the event qualify for 50% refund. Thereafter, no refund can be made but replacement guests are welcome. Note that without timely written cancellation, the company remains liable for the cost of the initial reservation, even with non-attendance.
