Our state-of-the-art coating facility incorporates a cold rolling mill, an Aluminium-Zinc coating line and a colour coating line.

Safal Steel’s ZINCAL® coated steel provides a superior alternative to galvanized steel. The technique of coating steel with Aluminium and Zinc (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon) has been extensively researched and surpasses the performance of traditional galvanized steel.

COLORPLUS® brings modern innovation to pre-painted steel roofing – not to mention a range of colors that
are as visually appealing as they are durable. COLORPLUS® is produced by a unique, efficient process whereby rolled steel is continuously hot-dipped into 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon Alloy.

Changing environmental conditions require a highly durable product to enhance the lifespan of both roofing
and cladding installations. Consequently, the Colorplus® Ultima product has been developed to offer high durability for aggressive corrosive conditions that exist in harsh marine or industrial environments.

The new Colorplus® Matt range offers muted finishes with an enhanced smooth texture. Suitable for both roof
sheeting and interior cladding which provides an alternative aesthetic appeal for those who prefer a softer, subtler and more natural matt effect. Using modern research and development techniques, the paint chemistry enhances forming flexibility, corrosive properties and offers a subdued gloss finish.

The Colorplus® Textured range has a sophisticated textured finish favoured by architects and designers. The slightly granular appearance is substantially different from a conventional flat finish, making it particularly attractive on roof sheeting. Alternative applications include interior cladding.
